This is condo 303, a two bedroom, one bathroom condo. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest room and a queen size sleeper sofa. It has one large bathroom with a walk in shower.

Condo 103 has the same floor plan, with an additional full bathroom adjoined to the second bedroom which has a short queen size bed, rather than the two twin beds.
