Rates are nightly.
Additional costs include FL tax (11.5%) and a one time cleaning fee of $110/$130.
All rates are seasonal, no additional discounts are offered.
All reservations require a two night deposit to reserve each condo
on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
The balance will be charged to the card on file about two weeks prior to arrival if not already paid, the charge will be listed from Florida Beach Stays, LLC, on your credit card bill.
We book eleven months out to give our current guests the option to rebook for the following year.
A $200 fully refundable security deposit will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: With 60 days notice, the deposit is refundable less $100. Less than 60 notice will result in loss of deposit. You may reschedule your vacation within one year, and all funds paid will be applied to the new dates.
2025 - 2026
You may hold dates eleven months out. We allow guests the first opportunity to rebook before opening time for the following year.

Cornerstone Beach Resort is a condominium wherein units are each individually owned and does not have any ADA accessible units listed on the online reservation system.
