Rates are nightly. Additional fees include FL tax (11.5%) and a one time cleaning fee of $110/$130.
All rates are seasonal, no additional discounts are offered.
All reservations require a two night deposit to reserve each condo
on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
The balance will be charged to the card on file about two weeks prior to arrival.
All payment information must be called in we do not take payment information online.
We book eleven months out to give our current guests the option to rebook for the following year.
A $200 fully refundable security deposit will be charged charged.
Cancellation Policy: With 60 days notice, the deposit is refundable less $100. Less than 60 notice will result in loss of deposit. We do not charge date change fees. You may reschedule your vacation within one year, and all funds paid will be applied to the new dates.
