Located on the front right corner, second condo up! Fresh paint, new flooring, all new bathroom with walk in shower and glass doors. New furniture too! 201 served as the template for most of the other condo remodels in the building! Custom cabinets, and vanity in the bathroom! King size bed in the bedroom. If you want to be on the beach in Ft. Myers, in a quiet area, with many amenities, then this is the place to rent. A quiet condominium building, right on the beach, a pool, free parking, no resort fee, and a Great View! The condo had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around and a grocery store just up the street. It was exactly what we were looking for.
